Managed large-scale programs across Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Carolinas — demonstrating capacity to mobilize and deliver far from home base. Deep background in FEMA STEP, HUD/CDBG-DR, and multi-state hurricane recovery.
